Welcome to Kinder Relief. I am Dilmi Perera, the face behind Kinder Relief. I have been working as an Early Childhood teacher for many years in both permanent and relief roles.
In my many years of service as a nominated supervisor, I have realised just how important it is to have a reliable and efficient staffing agency. Sourcing high quality relief staffing support to my kindergarten was always a challenge. As the time went by my family commitments have changed and I started my journey as a relief teacher. I thoroughly enjoyed this role as it allowed me to connect with many local sessional kindergartens in my community where I was able to build close relationships with members of our profession.
